Amore means Love in Italian and Ya conveying as saying
'YES TO LOVE' and particularly to that of desserts.
Amoreya was born from an obsession with all things sweet and all things italy. Having travelled for the love of great food and dedicated numerous years with recipe tests and kitchen experiments (dare i say childhood), it was a natural calling to share the passion beyond friends and family.

Authentic recipes developed and perfected over time, using finest quality ingredients, taking the shape of some blissful classics made absolutely fresh with heart, no artificial additives or food colors, pre-mixes or store bought condiments, is the soul of Amoreya.
All our sweet treats are made in small batches, which is why we require pre-orders for execution of our menu. And also, with new seasonal desserts for different festivities. Sincerely hoping you feel the same love with every bite just as is put in for curating your desserts

We at Amoreya bring for you the most decadent desserts, done just for you with obsessive attention to details and to make your soul say out loud "soo good." Our brownies can be vouched as the best in town with the insanely fudgiest centre and indulgence until the last bite. Our Tiramisu is all about finesse and velvety goodness. Not to forget our epic loaf cakes with a signature ultra moist crumb and so much more for you to dig in.

OUR INGREDIENTS
Our pantry remains stocked with premium Belgian Chocolate for brownies being strictly against the usage of compound chocolates. We're an egg free kitchen with all our treats being completely vegetarian friendly including the use of vegetarian gelatin. We're true to the finest espresso and nuts, Dutch cocoa and the best Italian savioardi biscuits which undoubtedly add to the sophisticated depth in traditional recipes. Not to forget the array of our house-made ingredients including the freshest mascarpone, spice mixes & condiments, made from scratch every morning.
